Job Description

As an Operations Supervisor at FedEx, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics and transportation network. Your primary responsibility will be to supervise a team of employees, providing guidance and support to ensure they are working efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of a team of employees to ensure timely and efficient completion of tasks.
  • Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve productivity and quality of work.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees to help them improve their performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and improve overall operations.

Requirements:

  • Leadership and management experience in a logistics or transportation environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Knowledge of logistics and transportation operations, including safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
