HR Payroll Specialist / Reporting (m/w/d)
Key Responsibilities:
- Support in the preparation of regular payroll processes and collaborate with external tax consultants and internal finance teams.
- Act as a primary resource for management and staff regarding taxation and social security matters.
- Conduct monthly HR analytics (e.g., personnel expenses, HR metrics, reserves) and enhance reporting methodologies.
- Manage the HR software system RexxHR.
- Engage in various operational duties, contribute to HR initiatives, and assist the broader HR department.
Candidate Profile:
- Completed commercial training, preferably with additional qualifications in HR or a degree in Human Resources.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in a comparable role.
- Proficient knowledge in payroll processing and HR analytics.
- Strong understanding of German labor regulations, particularly in taxation and social security law is advantageous.
- Exceptional skills in Excel.
- Proficient in both German and English, with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
