Als Regional Operations Leader (m/w/d) übernimmst du die Verantwortung für die strategische Entwicklung und den Erfolg unserer neuen Niederlassung.

Dein Aufgabenbereich
  • Du akquirierst aktiv neue Kunden und pflegst die Beziehungen zu bestehenden Kunden, um sie von unseren innovativen Dienstleistungen zu überzeugen.
  • Du leitest das operative Geschäft deiner Niederlassung mit einem klaren Fokus auf die Erreichung der Unternehmensziele.
  • Du planst, organisierst und steuerst alle Vertriebsaktivitäten deiner Niederlassung und sorgst für eine effiziente Umsetzung der Unternehmensstrategie.
  • Mit deinem analytischen Denken und deinem ausgeprägten Zahlenverständnis optimierst du alle Prozesse und steigerst kontinuierlich die Rentabilität deiner Niederlassung.
  • Du führst dein Team mit klaren Zielvorgaben, motivierst sie zu Höchstleistungen und förderst ihre berufliche Entwicklung.
  • Durch deine offene Kommunikation und wertschätzende Haltung schaffst du ein inspirierendes Arbeitsumfeld.
  • Du hältst alle relevanten arbeitsrechtlichen und gesetzlichen Bestimmungen strikt ein.
Deine Qualifikationen
  • Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung und/oder ein Studium im sozial-, wirtschaftswissenschaftlichen oder gewerblich-technischen Bereich (oder über eine vergleichbare Qualifikation).
  • Du kannst auf mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Personalberatung oder der Personalvermittlung zurückblicken.
  • In deiner bisherigen Laufbahn hast du idealerweise bereits Erfahrungen in der Führung von Mitarbeitern und der Umsetzung von Personalstrategien gesammelt.
  • Du handelst eigenverantwortlich, mit einem starken Willen zum Erfolg und bist strategisch sowie strukturiert in deiner Herangehensweise.
  • Du arbeitest selbständig, zielorientiert und entscheidungsfreudig und besitzt eine ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität.
  • Eine wachstums- und lösungsorientierte Denkweise zeichnet dich aus.
  • Du verfügst über ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und ein sicheres Auftreten.
