Semiconductor Operations Management Leader

This role will report to the Senior Director and Head of CME IE, playing a crucial part in Front End and site operations management at Infineon. As a key member of the team, you will drive holistic site-projects with a focus on output and cost improvement, ensuring the site's productivity and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Drive Cross-Site Alignment on Industrial Engineering methodologies to ensure consistency and best practices across the organization.
- Lead Local Team of Experts (< 10 FTEs) to achieve ambitious targets regarding manufacturing productivity.
- Operationalize Lean-Mindset and Operating Curve Management to optimize site performance and reduce costs.
- Develop Standards and Best Practices for Industrial Engineering methodologies at the site, ensuring seamless implementation and deployment.
- Partner with Stakeholders to support systematic enhancements and benchmarking across sites to drive efficiency.
You are an experienced professional with a proven track record in coaching others on structured problem-solving and constructive critical thinking. With your analytical, flexible, and entrepreneurial mindset, you drive changes with long-term sustainability. Your strengths include open, clear, and coherent communication across organizations and hierarchies from engineers to senior management.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Masters Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Semiconductor Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ Years Experience in semiconductor operations management: manufacturing, production, operational, and/or manufacturing excellence.
- Experience in lean six sigma, operational performance improvements, project management, business process improvements, factory physics/OCM, and digitalization.
- People and Stakeholder Management Skills.
- Cultural Experience in Europe, Asia, and North America.
