Job Overview

TE Connectivity is seeking a highly skilled Senior Site Manager to lead our manufacturing operations and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our site, ensuring efficient production processes, and implementing strategic initiatives to improve operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement manufacturing strategies to meet customer demands and drive business growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency, quality, and safety
  • Lead Lean manufacturing initiatives to reduce waste and improve productivity
  • Manage working capital levels and ensure compliance with financial targets
  • Develop and implement sales and operational planning processes to drive business growth
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of operations professionals
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Business, or Engineering
  • At least 10 years of experience in a global manufacturing environment, with a minimum of 5 years of operations management experience
  • 3-5 years of experience with Lean manufacturing and Lean business processes
  • Strong leadership skills with demonstrated ability to build and motivate effective teams
  • Experience working with multiple customers and suppliers in a low-volume, high-mix industry
  • Knowledge of sales and operations planning and supply chain areas (inventory, materials planning, buying)
  • Fluency in English and German
