Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Arbeitsrechtler (w/m/d) für die Position des Head of Labor Relations and Co-Determination bei Siemens AG.
Ihre Aufgaben- Strategische Gestaltung: Sie entwickeln und konzipieren langfristige Regelungen mit den deutschen und europäischen Arbeitnehmervertretungen, die Restrukturierungen, Ausgliederungen und organisatorische Veränderungen sicher und zukunftsorientiert gestalten.
- Verhandlungsführung: Sie leiten Verhandlungen mit Arbeitnehmervertretungen und tragen so in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Geschäftsverantwortlichen maßgeblich zur Erreichung der Siemens-Geschäftsziele bei.
- Arbeitsrechtliche Grundsätze: Sie definieren unternehmensweit gültige Leitlinien zu arbeitsrechtlichen und betriebsverfassungsrechtlichen Themen und schaffen so eine stabile Grundlage für unsere Personalpolitik.
- Kommunikation und Koordination: Als zentrale Ansprechperson koordinieren Sie die Zusammenarbeit mit dem Gesamtbetriebsrat und den Geschäftsverantwortlichen. Sie stellen sicher, dass Arbeitnehmervertretungen rechtzeitig und umfassend informiert sind.
- Konfliktlösung: Sie moderieren Konflikte zwischen verschiedenen Interessen der operativen Einheiten und der Konzernzentrale und setzen klare Prioritäten innerhalb Ihrer Abteilung.
- Führungsverantwortung: Sie führen ein Team von Mitarbeitenden, darunter Volljuristen, und sind verantwortlich für deren Motivation und Weiterentwicklung.
- Als Volljurist (w/m/d) verfügen Sie über fundierte Kenntnisse im Arbeitsrecht, insbesondere im kollektiven Arbeitsrecht, sowie ein gutes Verständnis des Sozialrechts. Alternativ können Sie auf eine umfassende Berufserfahrung im Arbeits- und Sozialrecht zurückblicken.
- Sie verfügen über umfassende, langjährige Erfahrung in HR-Funktionen, idealerweise in operativen und zentralen Bereichen.
- Sie bringen bereits Erfahrung in einer Führungsposition mit und können Teams motivieren sowie erfolgreich leiten.
- Restrukturierungs- und Umstrukturierungsprojekte sowie M&A-Projekte sind Ihnen vertraut.
- Sie haben ein ausgeprägtes Gespür für Unternehmensstrategie und Personalpolitik und sind vertraut mit den Themen betriebliche Altersversorgung, Beschäftigungsbedingungen und Tarifpolitik.
- Sie bringen Verhandlungsgeschick und Erfahrung im Umgang mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern mit.
- Ihre Persönlichkeit zeichnet sich durch Teamgeist, exzellente Verhandlungstechniken, politisches Gespür sowie Durchsetzungsstärke aus.
- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse runden Ihr Profil ab.
