Job Overview:

We are in search of an experienced and driven Senior ServiceNow Program Manager to oversee our strategic initiatives within the ServiceNow domain. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing client interactions and ensuring a customer-centric approach. This position entails supervising all ServiceNow-related demands and projects, with a focus on achieving defined objectives. The Senior Program Manager will be responsible for the comprehensive planning, coordination, and execution of projects from start to finish, ensuring they are functionally and financially sound, delivered on schedule, within budget, and meet the established quality standards. Collaboration with our ServiceNow Sales, Pre-Sales teams, and other stakeholders is essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer demands related to our ServiceNow offerings, ensuring prompt and effective communication.
  • Oversee the financial aspects of the entire ServiceNow program in collaboration with the customer.
  • Supervise additional project managers who will report directly to you.
  • Work closely with project managers to create detailed project plans that align customer needs with organizational objectives, coordinating various managers and technical teams throughout all project stages, from initial development to implementation.
  • Ensure project managers effectively handle the scope, timeline, budget, quality, safety, and change management for ServiceNow projects.
  • Anticipate changes in project scope, identify potential issues, and develop contingency strategies.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives and progress.
  • Guarantee that all project deliverables adhere to the required quality benchmarks.
  • Implement quality assurance measures and conduct regular quality assessments throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated experience as a Program Manager, preferably with advanced project management skills in ServiceNow projects.
  • Strong comprehension of the ServiceNow platform and its functionalities.
  • PMP/Prince2 or similar project/program management certification is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills in English (knowledge of German is a plus).
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple projects concurrently.
