As a **Manager in Financial Auditing**, you will take charge of the annual and consolidated audits for entities within the financial services industry, particularly focusing on banking institutions. Your role will emphasize a risk-oriented approach in accordance with HGB and IFRS standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and execute the auditing processes for financial statements, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Perform comprehensive evaluations of business models, operational processes, and financial outcomes, contributing to the assessment of organizational structures and addressing all matters related to accounting, valuation, risk management, and oversight.
  • Lead and inspire a team of 5 to 10 professionals, serving as the primary liaison for clients during audits.
  • Conduct audits related to credit, custody, and securities operations, while providing insights on regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of several years' experience in auditing financial statements for banks, asset management firms, or financial service providers in line with HGB and IFRS standards.
  • A degree in economics, ideally with a specialization in auditing, taxation, accounting, or finance.
  • Completion of a CPA qualification and experience in team leadership are considered advantageous.
  • Demonstrated motivation, proactive attitude, and strong leadership capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication skills in both German and English.
