About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Subject Matter Expert to join our team at Siemens AG. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving digitalization forward and enabling sales transformation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and manage different themes in our SieSales implementation, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Develop and manage User Stories, ensuring clear acceptance criteria and adherence to best practices.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including Business Partners, Service Delivery, and internal IT partners, to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Design and execute test scripts, organizing test sessions with relevant stakeholders to ensure high-quality results.
  • Support training and system documentation, aligning with Business Partner requirements.
  • Provide first-level support in your areas of expertise, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Contribute to shaping strategic Sales Transformation topics, leveraging your expertise in AI-based initiatives and CPQ.
Requirements
  • University degree in Information Technology or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in delivering IT services and/or projects, with a strong background in managing suppliers in complex IT projects.
  • Proven ability to understand and translate business requirements into technical IT specifications.
  • Experience in CRM services and sales processes, with knowledge of Salesforce.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships.
  • Strong team player skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally.
  • Proactive team worker, with excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
  • Solid commercial, numerical, and analytical skills.
  • Business fluent in English, with German as a bonus.
