The Role
Responsibilities
- Monitor public tenders and current tender calendars to identify opportunities
- Prepare and submit tender offers that meet client requirements
- Develop and maintain pricing strategies in Lauer Taxe
- Track and report on tender wins and losses
- Manage open house contracts and provide monthly reports
- Track and settle discount claims for tenders and open house contracts
- Plan and coordinate product launches to meet market demands
- Build and maintain relationships with wholesalers and sick funds
- Interface with logistics service providers to ensure smooth operations
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness
- Collaborate with production and logistics teams in India to meet demand
- Work closely with the finance department in India to ensure timely payments and reporting
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
Ideal Profile
Qualification
- Master of Science or MBA degree
- German language proficiency (read, write, speak)
- 4-6 years of experience in pharmaceutical tender management
- Experience in tender management in Germany
- Fluent in German and English for effective communication
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Results-oriented and independent working style
- High motivation and commitment
- Strong customer service orientation
- Valid work visa for Germany
- Will to work under consultant payroll
