The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmaceutical Tender Manager to join our team at Snaphunt. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing public tenders and current tender calendars, preparing tender offers, and developing pricing strategies.

The Role

  • Monitor and track public tenders and current tender calendars
  • Prepare and submit tender offers
  • Develop and maintain pricing strategies in Lauer Taxe
  • Generate monthly reports and track tenders won
  • Manage open house contracts, including conclusion and monthly reporting
  • Track and monitor discount settlements for tenders and open house contracts
  • Plan and coordinate product launches
  • Build and maintain relationships with wholesalers and sick funds
  • Interface with logistics service providers for incoming goods, customer orders, returns, and reporting
  • Develop and implement marketing activities
  • Collaborate with production and logistics in India for demand planning
  • Work closely with the finance department in India for timely payments and monthly reporting
  • Monitor market and competitor trends

The Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master of Science or MBA degree
  • German language proficiency (read, write, speak)
  • 4-6 years of experience in pharmaceutical tender management
  • Experience in tender management in Germany, particularly in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Fluency in German and English for effective communication with stakeholders
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a results-oriented and independent work ethic
  • High motivation and commitment
  • Strong service and customer orientation
  • A valid work visa for Germany
  • Willingness to work under consultant payroll
