Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at Wolters Kluwer Tax & Accounting Deutschland GmbH. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with existing customers, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, cold calling, and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to identify new business opportunities and develop sales strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in a business-to-business (B2B) setting.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
