Position Overview: IT Service Manager as SAP Consultant (m/f/d)
Are you proficient in SAP logistical processes and have consultancy skills in Customizing and process design within SAP Modules such as SD, PM, MM, Central Procurement, or Ariba? If so, we invite you to explore this opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver expert support to clients, showcasing your consultancy abilities along with 2nd and 3rd level support.
  • Proactively assess client needs and drive continuous enhancements of our solutions.
  • Develop realization concepts and manage Customizing, documentation, and project creation effectively.
  • Utilize your expertise in project environments, facilitate customer workshops, and lead them successfully.
Required Qualifications:
  • A degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge in one of the specified SAP Modules.
  • Hands-on experience in customer consulting, requirement management, module Customizing, logistical SAP processes, and project management.
  • Openness to learning additional SAP Modules.
  • Exceptional communication skills, analytical mindset, and a customer-focused approach.
