Position Overview: IT Service Manager as SAP Consultant (m/f/d)
Are you proficient in SAP logistics processes and have a strong background in consultancy, particularly in Customizing and process design across various SAP Modules such as SD, PM, MM, Central Procurement, or Ariba? If so, we invite you to explore this opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver expert support to clients while showcasing your consultancy skills in both 2nd and 3rd level support.
- Regularly assess client needs and drive the continuous enhancement of our solutions.
- Develop realization concepts and manage Customizing, documentation, and project creation.
- Contribute your knowledge to projects with a focus on results, design client workshops, and facilitate them effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a related field.
- Strong expertise in one of the aforementioned SAP Modules.
- Hands-on experience in client consulting, requirement management, module Customizing, logistical SAP processes, and project management.
- Openness to learning additional SAP Modules.
- Exceptional communication abilities, analytical mindset, and a customer-focused approach.
