Position Overview: IT Service Manager as SAP Consultant (m/f/d)
Are you proficient in logistical SAP workflows and have a strong background in consultancy for Customizing and process design across various SAP Modules such as SD, PM, MM, Central Procurement, or Ariba? If so, we invite you to explore this opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver expert support to clients, showcasing your consultancy skills and providing 2nd and 3rd level assistance.
- Actively assess client needs and drive continuous enhancements to our solutions.
- Develop realization concepts, manage Customizing tasks, and oversee documentation and project creation.
- Utilize your expertise in a project-oriented manner, facilitating customer workshops and guiding them effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a related field.
- In-depth knowledge of one or more of the specified SAP Modules.
- Hands-on experience in client consulting, requirement management, module Customizing, logistical SAP processes, and project oversight.
- Eagerness to expand knowledge in additional SAP Modules.
- Strong communication abilities, analytical mindset, and a customer-focused approach.
