Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Scrum Master, der unsere agile Arbeitsweise weiterentwickeln und unterstützen möchte.

Aufgaben
  • Verantworten der Durchführung und Anwendung der Scrum-Prinzipien
  • Servant Leader für das Scrum-Team
  • Teilnehmen an Mitarbeiter- und Teamentwicklung
  • Organisieren und Durchführen von Meetings
  • Weiterentwickeln der unternehmensweiten agilen Arbeitsweise
  • Serviceangebot für Regelmeetings
  • Durchführen von Scrum-Schulungen und Befragungen
  • Teilnahme am "Scrum of Scrum"
  • Durchführen der team- und sprintabhängigen Dokumentationen
Qualifikationen
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Geisteswissenschaft oder entsprechende praktische Erfahrung im agilen Umfeld
  • Zertifizierung als Scrum Master wünschenswert
  • Fließende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
