We are looking for a passionate individual to spearhead transformational initiatives at our production facilities. This role is pivotal in enhancing operational performance and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive significant advancements in key performance indicators aligned with strategic goals
  • Mentor and develop leaders and teams utilizing our proven methodologies
  • Assess and uncover opportunities for enhancement across all operational shifts
  • Strengthen shop floor management capabilities
  • Establish and maintain performance tracking systems, including 5S, Standard Work, and more
  • Lead Kaizen initiatives to promote efficiency
  • Develop and implement robust Standard Work protocols

Ideal Candidate Profile:

To excel in this position, candidates should possess a degree in industrial engineering and a minimum of 10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. Essential qualifications include:

  • Over 5 years of experience in managing teams
  • Proven expertise in transformational change and management
  • Proficient in Agile methodologies as a practitioner and coach
  • Familiarity with production management frameworks
  • Expertise in Six Sigma and Lean principles
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
