**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Program and Event Manager to join our Executive Programs team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing our open enrollment and customized programs, ensuring that they are delivered to the highest standards.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Coordinate and manage program logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audio-visual equipment
  • Work closely with faculty and staff to ensure that programs are delivered to the highest standards
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our programs
  • Manage program budgets and ensure that they are delivered on time and within budget
  • Provide excellent customer service to our clients and participants

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in program management, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. You will also need to be proficient in Microsoft Office and have experience with event management software.
