Job Overview

RIGOL TECHNOLOGIES is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Specialist to join our team in Munich, Germany. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for analyzing and updating subsidiary inventory, issuing purchase orders to the head office, and coordinating with European freight forwarders.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Analyze and update subsidiary inventory to ensure reasonable stock levels, and issue purchase orders to the head office in a timely manner.
  2. Liaise with the head office regarding order-related and sales demand matters, and follow up on imports from the head office.
  3. Manage the entire process of European customer orders, including order review, delivery schedule coordination, shipping arrangements, and control of order execution risks.
  4. Review, modify, and sign customer contracts, and manage documents such as contracts and orders.
  5. Assist sales by providing relevant quotations to customers and communicating related orders, and prepare relevant sales reports.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree or above in economics, marketing, business administration, or related fields, with proficiency in German preferred.
  2. Over 3 years of experience in customer service, business, sales assistant, or secretary roles, with customs clearance experience preferred.
  3. At least 1 year of experience using CRM systems, with proficiency in ERP or SAP systems an advantage.
  4. Proficient in office software such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, etc.
  5. Strong learning ability, proactive and responsible, with a meticulous and detail-oriented approach.
  6. Strong service and teamwork spirit, with a clear working thought process and excellent execution ability.
