Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Channel Account Manager to join our team. As a Channel Account Manager, you will work closely with partners to drive increased deal registrations and Net New customers. Your primary responsibility will be to manage, support, and develop partners to achieve their sales goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a large portfolio of established partners to ensure a positive experience with KnowBe4
  • Conduct initial onboarding with assigned partners and provide regular marketing and communications to partner sales reps
  • Perform product demos and partner portal walkthroughs to enable partners and promote partner adoption of KnowBe4
  • Assist partners in increasing deal registrations through account mapping and direct partners to utilize tools and content in the Partner Portal
  • Close Net New business and maintain an accurate pipeline and forecasting
  • Meet assigned targets for monthly sales volume requirements and objectives in assigned partner accounts
  • Support direct sales and customer success teams where needed to manage the overall partner relationship
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree a plus
  • Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the IT Security Field a plus
  • Experience with Channel Sales preferred; experience with Gmail and Google Docs required
  • Ability to demonstrate sales aptitude working with channel partners and effectively manage and thrive in a high-volume sales environment
  • Strong time management and organization skills, excellent verbal and written communications, and good computer skills
