Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team at TruckScout24. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our existing customers, providing them with expert advice on how to get the most out of our platform, and helping them to achieve their business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute customized account plans to drive customer growth and retention
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics
  • Monitor and analyze customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Proven experience in sales, account management, or customer success
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
