Customer Success Strategist

Key Responsibilities:- Develop a deep understanding of our customers' needs and pain points to inform product development and growth strategies.
- Lead the customer success function, ensuring seamless onboarding, issue resolution, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with growth and product teams to drive customer-centric decision-making and product roadmap development.
- Design and implement customer success strategies, including process automation and tool implementation.
- Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, driving revenue growth and customer loyalty.
- German fluency (native or near-native) and English fluency.
- 3-5 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in B2B SaaS start-ups.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, with a passion for building and growing customer success functions.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build credibility across teams.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple customers and projects simultaneously.
