Your Responsibilities
If you are eager to contribute your expertise in risk management, here’s how you can actively participate:

  • As a (Junior) Quality & Risk Management Consultant (w/m/d), you will evaluate the planned services that KPMG provides to its clients, ensuring compliance with professional regulations regarding independence and the absence of conflicts of interest.
  • You will oversee the establishment of corporate ownership structures in international systems, collaborating with local project teams and global experts while adhering to professional guidelines.
  • Your role will involve assisting in the design, implementation, and review of internal policies, as well as conducting regular training sessions.
  • Providing guidance to operational staff on utilizing KPMG's internal risk processes and systems, as well as addressing compliance inquiries, will also be part of your responsibilities.
  • You will actively contribute to the enhancement of the quality assurance process at the national level.

For a comprehensive understanding of KPMG's quality assurance system, which you will help shape, you can refer to publicly available resources. Specific tasks related to this position, particularly concerning our system "Sentinel," are detailed in sections addressing "Targeted Client and Project Selection" and "Independence Principles and Ethical Conduct."

Your Profile
  • You have successfully completed your studies in business administration, law, (business) informatics, or a related field.
  • Alternatively, you possess a relevant vocational qualification and have several years of pertinent professional experience.
  • You demonstrate a strong understanding of economic and procedural contexts.
  • You are proficient in using standard MS Office applications.
  • Your solid English language skills complement your qualifications.
