Position: Site Manager (m/f/d) - Solar Electrical
As a Site Manager within our Solar Construction and Project Management Department, you will provide essential technical support to our development teams from the project's inception. This early involvement allows us to design and implement optimal project concepts. During the construction phase, you will oversee the entire site, ensuring adherence to the highest quality and health & safety standards, ultimately delivering our photovoltaic plants to investors and operations & maintenance teams with pride.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate the construction of solar energy facilities, emphasizing electrical installations across various locations.
- Ensure the enforcement of comprehensive Health & Safety, Environmental, and Security protocols on-site.
- Manage the timely execution of project timelines.
- Monitor and ensure compliance of subcontractor work.
- Implement quality assurance measures on-site and assist with electrical commissioning.
- Provide reports and feedback regarding on-site conditions and lessons learned.
- Assist in the preparation of the as-built design documentation.
- Facilitate the acceptance process and handover to the Investor and Operations & Maintenance Team.
Required Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in electrical engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in electrical installations for solar energy projects, including communication systems.
- Familiarity with medium voltage stations and authorization for medium voltage switching is advantageous.
- Strong interest and commitment to renewable energy.
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
- Methodical and proactive work approach.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
