As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our next-generation Automotive MCU products.
Your Role:- Support of Renesas Automotive Microcontrollers: Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute marketing strategies for our automotive microcontrollers.
- Customer Requirements Management: Collect, define, and closely follow up on global customer requirements to ensure our products meet their needs.
- Project Coordination: Work with dedicated major automotive customers to coordinate projects and ensure successful product launches.
- Marketing Team Collaboration: Partner with internal marketing teams and design sections to define and follow up on roadmaps for Renesas microcontrollers.
- Support Team Collaboration: Work with internal 1st and 2nd level support teams for Renesas products to ensure seamless customer support.
- Global Coordination: Coordinate and effectively exchange information with Renesas Japan to ensure global alignment.
- Performance Reporting: Report performance indicators (KPIs) to upper management to measure team success.
- Market Introduction Planning: Develop and drive market introduction plans worldwide, including lead customers, lead market segments, and applications.
- Product Package Management: Ensure availability and drive responsible departments for the complete product package, including documentation, starter kits, and training for assigned products.
- Public Marketing Materials: Produce public marketing materials such as whitepapers, press releases, webinars, and more.
- Graduate in Electronic Engineering: A degree in electronic engineering or a related field is required.
- Product Marketing Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in product marketing in the semiconductor industry.
- Automotive Market Experience: Experience in the automotive market, understanding of carmaker and Tier 1 requirements.
- Technical Knowledge: Comprehensive knowledge of embedded microcontrollers and ecosystems.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, team-oriented, and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English (written and spoken) and German (preferable).
- Software Skills: Work with software IT infrastructure and standard PC tools (MS-Office).
- Automotive System Design: Experience in automotive system design and E/E architecture.
- Customer Negotiations: Experience in customer negotiations.
- Product Definition: Experience in product definition and requirement management.
- Complex Technical RfQ's: Experience in handling complex technical RfQ's in collaboration with key customers.
- MCU Architecture: Experience in MCU architecture and networking.
- Functional Safety: Experience in functional safety and security.
- Embedded Software: Experience in embedded software.
