Customer Service Specialist

Your Responsibilities- Providing international customer support in the sales administration for EU and non-EU countries
- Handling customer inquiries, orders, and quotes in close cooperation with relevant internal departments such as Sales, Procurement, Logistics, and Finance
- Managing shipping documentation
- Processing returns and complaints
- Monitoring payment transactions
- Assisting in internal analysis, optimization, and implementation of business processes related to customer service
- Actively participating in projects aimed at forward-thinking design of process and organizational structures
- Completed commercial training (e.g., wholesale and foreign trade specialists, freight forwarding specialists)
- Approximately 3 years of professional experience in a similar role
- Strong understanding and interest in operational systems and processes
- Knowledge in designing and optimizing organizational structures
- Experience in customer service, preferably in export and logistics within an industrial or wholesale company
- Proficient in ERP systems (preferably SAP) and MS Office applications
- Fluent in German and English, with additional languages being an advantage
- Clear and effective communication skills when interacting with internal and external stakeholders
- Independent, goal-oriented, analytical, and structured working style
