Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sustainability Analyst to join our team. As a Sustainability Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting our company's commitment to sustainability and responsible business conduct.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and assess environmental, social, and associated human rights and reputational risks as part of our downstream due diligence practices.
- Support project management, communication, and coordination for our environmental, social, and associated human rights and reputational risks in customer business.
- Help keep up to date with trending controversial topics entailing environmental, social, and human rights related risks by leveraging external databases and internal intelligence.
- Analyze data and synthesize key risk findings towards internal stakeholder groups to support decision-making.
- You are about to start or currently undertaking a master's study ideally in sustainability, human rights, business, economics, or related field.
- You have strong analytical skills, a structured way of thinking and working, and an aptitude for identifying patterns and outliers.
- You are eager to learn, focused on quality outcomes, and attentive to details.
- You have good knowledge of relevant International Standards in human rights as well as emerging human rights and sustainability regulations.
- You have first experience with social listening tools or a strong interest in developing expertise in this area.
- You are fluent in English and German (at least B2-Level).
