We are seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our team at Nikolauspflege – Stiftung für blinde und sehbehinderte Menschen. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in empowering adults with visual impairments to lead independent lives and participate fully in society.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide daily care and support services to clients, promoting their autonomy and well-being
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize client support and outcomes
  • Serve as a point of contact for clients' families and legal representatives, ensuring effective communication and coordination
