Support Professional for Adults with Disabilities

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Specialist to join our team at Nikolauspflege – Stiftung für blinde und sehbehinderte Menschen. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in supporting blind and visually impaired adults with additional disabilities in leading independent and empowered lives.
Key Responsibilities- Provide person-centered care planning and support clients in their daily activities.
- Act as a point of contact for clients' families and legal representatives, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Collaborate with other departments, services, agencies, and doctors to enhance your ability to support clients effectively.
- Work collaboratively and empathetically with clients, promoting their educational, social, and professional participation.
- A fulfilling and diverse role in the field of blindness and visual impairment, within a supportive and multidisciplinary team.
