European Remarketing Leader

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our European remarketing efforts, driving top-line and bottom-line growth through strategic planning, process optimization, and team management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute remarketing strategies to achieve business objectives, collaborating with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders.
  • Manage merchant-related processes, ensuring a direct impact on financial performance and merchant satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain relationships with leading automotive companies, negotiating and finalizing significant commercial partnerships.
  • Drive process optimization and efficiency by monitoring and controlling key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Partner with international leadership to achieve strategic mission, reporting directly to SVP Sales & Operations at European headquarters in Berlin.
Requirements
  • Advanced degree from a top-tier international university in business, economics, finance, engineering, mathematics, natural sciences, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in management/strategy consulting, investment banking, private equity, high-growth startups, or a customer-centric sales environment.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, strategic mindset, and ability to make swift, informed decisions.
  • Exceptional sales and negotiation skills with experience in securing major commercial partnerships.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects, inspire, lead, and manage diverse teams, and foster a collaborative, high-performance culture.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in German is an advantage.
