Job Title: VP of OperationsWe're seeking an exceptional VP of Operations to join our team in Berlin Mitte. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, including staffing, sales, financial management, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage store operations, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management.
- Drive sales and profitability through effective cost management, upselling strategies, and promotional initiatives.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by coaching, training, and developing team members.
- Negotiate and manage supplier contracts to ensure quality and price standards are met.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations.
- At least 7 years of operational experience in retail F&B, preferably with a mix of retail food and beverage chains at an international level.
- Experience in the coffee industry is a significant plus.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, solution-oriented, and excited to work on the full-cycle of building a start-up.
- Fluent in English, German is a strong plus.
