Process Optimization Specialist

Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Workstation Design & Method Planning
    • Performing data evaluations and workflow assessments
    • Creating and enhancing process flows based on ergonomic standards and material handling
    • Establishing time management frameworks, liaising with stakeholders, and offering training/support to users
  • Time Management Analysis & Oversight
    • Evaluating time management metrics (technical additional efforts, overhead expenses, etc.)
    • Recognizing and articulating solutions for time management challenges with client collaboration
    • Formulating cost-saving assessments & profitability evaluations
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration in the Industrial Engineering domain within the Vareler production area & establishing time management benchmarks using best practices
  • Focus on Costing:
    • Skilled and practical adjustment/creation of costing data/documents
    • Time-oriented costing of work plans based on MTM-UAS aligned with production/process needs
  • Engagement in LEAN/Industrial Engineering initiatives with varied viewpoints

Required Qualifications/Profile:

  • Degree in Engineering/Business Engineering or equivalent credentials (Technician/Foreman)
  • MTM Practitioner certification with emphasis on MTM-UAS
  • REFA foundational training preferred
  • Several years of relevant professional experience
  • Understanding & knowledge of manufacturing operations in the Vareler production context preferred
  • Proficiency in data management (SAP, TiCon, Google)
  • Collaborative team player with strong communication abilities & a high level of cooperation
  • Self-driven, accountable, and resilient
  • Proficient in English
