Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at the Respeggt Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion in the Central European region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain strong partnerships with hatcheries, packing centers, and egg processors
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and expansion
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals and objectives

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a commercial sales environment
  • Agriculture background preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong consultative selling skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Language knowledge: DE and ENG is a must
