Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at the Respeggt Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion in the Central European region.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong partnerships with hatcheries, packing centers, and egg processors
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and expansion
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals and objectives
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a commercial sales environment
- Agriculture background preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong consultative selling skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Language knowledge: DE and ENG is a must
