Job Title: Global Lead Accounts Receivable

At HRS Group, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Lead Accounts Receivable to join our Finance team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading our Accounts Receivable team and supporting the company's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Accounts Receivable team to ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices and credit card receipts.
  • Collaborate with Sales teams to onboard new clients efficiently and accurately.
  • Develop and implement efficient processes in our IT systems to optimize Accounts Receivable operations.
  • Prepare detailed AR reports and define and measure relevant KPIs for the Finance Dashboard.
  • Lead the BRIM sub-project for SAP S4, training and testing of the process by defining and measuring test cases.
Requirements:
  • University degree in business, ideally with additional training as an auditor or tax consultant.
  • Several years of experience in finance, preferably in a medium-sized e-commerce or service company with international sales activities, or a renowned auditing firm.
  • Strong knowledge of finance and accounting (especially HGB) and tax issues (especially VAT).
  • Experience with international operational audits and intercompany coordination.
  • Proficiency in cross-border settlement pricing systems and FIBU software (preferably MS Navision).
  • Fluent in German and English, spoken and written; additional languages are a plus.
