Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Support Manager, der sich auf die Fondsdepot Bank konzentriert und unsere Kunden mit professionellen Dienstleistungen unterstützt.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Die Anwendungen (DFE) in der Produktion (Vertrieb und Depotführung) zu nutzen und zu optimieren
  • Die Softwarequalität und Betriebssicherheit aus fachlicher Sicht sicherzustellen
  • Bei der Weiterentwicklung der Anwendungssoftware mitzuarbeiten, um die Prozessoptimierung, Automatisierung und Erreichung der vertrieblichen Ziele zu unterstützen
  • Probleme (Unstimmigkeiten bzw. Fehler in den Prozessen, Applikationen) zu identifizieren, zu spezifizieren, zu strukturieren und zu verifizieren und Maßnahmen zur Korrektur umzusetzen
Deine Qualifikationen
  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung, vorzugsweise Bank- oder Investmentkaufmann bzw. abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Umfeld
  • Erfahrungen im agilen Projektmanagement und zugehörigen Werkzeugen (Jira/Confluence)
  • Kenntnisse des Kapitalmarkts und Investmentfondgeschäfts
