Finance Team Leader

Position Overview:
The Finance Team Leader (m/f/d) is responsible for overseeing all financial operations within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all commercial activities and processes within the organization.
- Lead the digital transformation of financial workflows.
- Oversee Working Capital management.
- Coordinate the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
- Ensure accurate monitoring and control of payments and accounting practices.
- Prepare monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
- Monitor customs compliance requirements.
- Develop financial control tools, pricing strategies, and conduct profitability assessments.
Candidate Profile:
- Background in tax consulting or auditing, with a keen interest in innovative medium-sized enterprises.
- Extensive experience in a comparable role within a manufacturing environment.
- Practical approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Familiarity with Navision and/or LucaNet software.
- Ability to communicate effectively at a management level in both English and German.
- Experience in production management, preferably in the mechanical engineering sector.
- Proven track record in project management.
- Fluency in both German and English is essential.
