Unser Central Procurement Transformation and Procurement Excellence Team innerhalb der RWE Offshore Wind GmbH ist auf der Suche nach einem erfahrenen Projektmanager, der die Implementierung von eProcurement-Lösungen auf globaler Ebene sicherstellt.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Die Einführung der eProcurement-Suite in allen RWE-Gesellschaften und für alle eProcurement-Module (Beschaffung, Lieferantenmanagement usw.) gemeinsam mit unserem internen Projektleiter zu leiten
  • Den Fortschritt innerhalb der verschiedenen funktionalen und technischen Arbeitsabläufe zu überwachen, Wirkungsmanagement, Kommunikation und Schulungen zu schaffen
  • Aktive Pflege und Koordination der Abhängigkeiten zwischen den Workstreams sowie Zusammenarbeit und professionelle Beeinflussung der internen Stakeholder in den verschiedenen Workstreams
  • Die beteiligten externen Parteien (eProcurement-Anbieter, technischer Implementierungspartner) in Bezug auf Ergebnisse, Zeitplan und Budget zu steuern
  • Den Fortschritt und die Ergebnisse in Bezug auf wichtige Meilensteine und kritische Pfade zu planen und zu überwachen
  • Die Projektorganisation, die Strukturen für die Zusammenarbeit, die Projektüberwachung und die Berichterstattung kontinuierlich zu entwickeln und zu verbessern
  • Meetings, Projektunterlagen und regelmäßige Berichte für den Lenkungsausschuss und das Projekt-Sounding Board zu koordinieren und vorzubereiten
  • Als inspirierende, motivierende Führungskraft und Coach für die Mitglieder des Projektteams zu fungieren

Dein Profil

  • Ausgezeichneter Hochschulabschluss in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Management, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
  • Fortgeschrittene und nachgewiesene Erfahrung im Projektmanagement und Moderationsfähigkeiten, vorzugsweise mehrjährige Erfahrung im Rahmen von großen Digitalisierungsprojekten - zertifizierte Projektmanagementfähigkeiten sind ein positives Attribut
  • Erfahrung und Expertise mit eProcurement-Lösungen und großen IT-Implementierungsprojekten
  • Profunde Berufserfahrung in Einkaufsthemen und im Umgang mit komplexen Beschaffungsprozessen und -systemen (E2E)
  • Beratungskompetenz und umfassende Präsentationsfähigkeiten mit der Fähigkeit, komplexe Projektdetails einfach zu erklären
  • Fachkenntnisse in der Energiewirtschaft sind von Vorteil
  • Sehr selbstständige, systematische, qualitäts- und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie umfassende methodische Fähigkeiten
  • Fähigkeit, Projektteammitglieder und Stakeholder zu inspirieren, zu motivieren und zu coachen, z. B. funktionales Management, Beschaffungsteams, Antragsteller usw.
  • Erfahrung im Aufbau und in der Pflege von Stakeholder-Beziehungen sowie hohe Teamorientierung und soziale Kompetenz
  • Bereitschaft zu Reisen im In- und Ausland, um die Projektdurchführung zu unterstützen
