Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager BES to join our team at Brenntag. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing key projects and ensuring alignment with leaders and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Develop and execute project plans, including resource allocation and risk management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business opportunities.
  • Support the development and implementation of business strategies and operating models.
  • Provide regular project updates and reports to management.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring minimal impact on business operations.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a top-tier management/strategy consultancy and multinational work environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale organizational transformations and operating model development.
  • Experience in chemical distribution is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with diverse stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written).
