You will scope projects, transform them into actionable milestones, and develop strategic plans that deliver impactful results. Your ability to both hunt for new opportunities and cultivate lasting relationships with enterprise accounts will be essential to your success.
While you will have a supportive team behind you, your success will depend on your ability to independently track down new opportunities and nurture existing ones. If you are a proactive and experienced sales professional with a passion for learning and development, we would love to have you on our team at Lepaya.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of large enterprise accounts, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to acquire and retain key clients, leveraging your expertise in the Finance, ManuPharma, or Consulting industries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver complex solutions and manage longer sales cycles.
- Establish and monitor performance metrics for your territory, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Act as a consultant to clients, providing expert advice on complex decisions and identifying future issues before they escalate.
- Manage expectations and articulate reasons for project or timeline changes, ensuring seamless communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with a team of customer success managers, account managers, operations, and other internal stakeholders to drive business results.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in a strategic sales role, with extensive experience working with high-level stakeholders such as CHROs, CEOs, and Heads of HR or L&D.
- Affinity with the learning & development landscape.
- Fluent in English and German.
- Located in Germany, preferably Munich or Berlin area close to one of our Lepaya offices.
- Experience handling complex solutions and managing longer sales cycles, often involving cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and make strategic decisions that positively impact the business.
- Coaching team members, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the industry, market trends, and customer needs.
- Results-driven with a focus on achieving revenue targets and strategic objectives.
