Lead Product Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary Lead Product Manager to join our team at Sidekick Health Germany GmbH. As a key member of our product leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the development of our companion app for pharmaceutical products, working closely with our life sciences partners to enhance patient care and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Product Vision and Strategy: Develop and execute a product vision that aligns with our company's mission to transform patient-centered care through innovative solutions.
- Strategic Leadership: Set the product strategy, roadmap, and growth plans, ensuring alignment with our long-term vision and guiding cross-functional teams to successfully bring products to market.
- Product Ownership: Take ownership of your product, monitoring market trends, competition, and opportunities for growth to ensure continued success and relevance.
- Regulatory Compliance: Oversee and ensure that your product meets all necessary regulatory standards for global markets, working closely with our regulatory team and life sciences partners to secure clearances and approvals.
- Customer-Centric Approach: Collaborate with user research to deeply understand patient needs, pain points, and opportunities for impact, ensuring we remain focused on outcomes that matter.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage insights from analytics, testing, and user feedback to inform your decisions and continuously improve product offerings.
- Collaboration and Communication: Partner with teams across the organization, including commercial, finance, and regulatory teams, to create products that are not only innovative but also feasible and compliant in global markets.
- Leadership Experience: 10+ years of experience in digital product management, with a passion for improving lives through technology.
- Strategic Thinking: Thrive on big-picture thinking while ensuring attention to detail in execution, understanding the market, regulatory landscapes, and the business case behind every product decision.
- Patient-Centric Mindset: Motivated by the opportunity to deliver solutions that truly make a difference in people's lives.
- Agility and Adaptability: Experienced in agile methodologies and comfortable managing the complexities of product development in fast-paced environments.
- Data-Driven Approach: Use data to inform decisions, continually seeking ways to improve products and their impact.
- Strong Communication and Negotiation Skills: Possess excellent communication (written and verbal) as well as storytelling and negotiation skills, effectively conveying ideas and driving alignment across teams and stakeholders.
- Education and Background: Hold a degree in Product Management, Business, Engineering, Product Design, or a similar field.
- Personal Qualities: Be passionate about Sidekick's mission, humble, yet driven and determined, emotionally savvy, and have a team-first mentality.
