Your Role as an Accounts Payable Specialist at PRETTL
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our finance team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of vendor invoices.
- Invoice Processing Excellence: You will be responsible for the timely processing of all incoming vendor invoices, from data entry and verification to posting and recording.
- Vendor Master Data Management: Create new vendor accounts and maintain accurate vendor master data records.
- Supplier Communication: Effectively communicate with suppliers regarding invoice inquiries and any necessary clarifications.
- Team Support: Provide support to colleagues within the accounts payable department during their absences, ensuring seamless workflow continuity.
Your Qualifications:
- Hold a degree in Finance and Accounting, a commercial education as an industrial clerk (or equivalent), or training as a tax professional.
- Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting.
- Demonstrate excellent German language skills (Level C1-C2) and good English language proficiency (Level B1-B2).
