Accounting Specialist

Job Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

• Conducting thorough examinations and postings of incoming invoices, as well as creating payment proposal lists and initiating periodic payment transactions.
• Issuing invoices for outgoing invoices.
• Performing all accounting and business transactions in SAP, as well as addressing all inquiries within their area of responsibility.
• Collaborating intensively with site managers and polishers for the sites being managed.
• Applying for and reviewing guarantees.
• Maintaining, monitoring, correcting, and coordinating balance sheet accounts and master data.

What Motivates Us

• A completed commercial apprenticeship.
• Several years of experience in financial accounting, preferably in the construction industry.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP/R3, with optional experience with S4/HANA and a secure handling of MS-Office.

• Team skills and a willingness to adapt to changing requirements.
