About the Role:
Prettl is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Accountant to join our team in the Accounts Payable department. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of all incoming creditor invoices from receipt to accounting and booking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and verify all incoming creditor invoices, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Manage and maintain creditor master data, including setting up new creditors and updating existing records.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers and stakeholders to resolve any issues or discrepancies.
- Act as a point of contact for colleagues in the Accounts Payable department during their absence.
Requirements:
- Relevant degree in Finance or Accounting, or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting and finance, preferably in a similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German (C1-C2 level) and good English language skills (B1-B2 level).
