In der Rolle des Senior SAP Project Leader (m/w/d) übernimmst du eine Schlüsselposition in der Transformation unseres Unternehmens. Deine umfassende Erfahrung wird entscheidend sein, um unser zentrales Projekt – die S/4HANA-Transformation – erfolgreich zu leiten. Du agierst nicht nur als Projektleiter:in, sondern auch als Architekt:in, der:die die Verbindung zwischen technologischen Lösungen und strategischen Geschäftszielen herstellt. In enger Kooperation mit der Unternehmensführung und einem agilen Team trägst du zur Optimierung von Prozessen und zur digitalen Integration bei.

Dein Profil
  • Abschluss in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einer vergleichbaren Disziplin
  • Langjährige Erfahrung in der Leitung von Transformationsprojekten im SAP-Bereich, vorzugsweise mit S/4HANA
  • Umfassendes technisches Wissen in gängigen SAP-Modulen und Produkten sowie ein gutes Verständnis für aktuelle Trends in der Digitalisierung und deren Integration in SAP-Systeme
  • Projektmanagement-Zertifikate wie PMI, PRINCE2 oder IPMA sind von Vorteil
  • Eigenverantwortliche, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit starkem Fokus auf Qualität und Ergebnisse sowie auf die geschäftlichen Anforderungen
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse der deutschen und englischen Sprache
Deine Aufgaben
  • Entwicklung eines detaillierten Umsetzungsplans für die verschiedenen Phasen der Transformation sowie Erstellung von Zeitplänen
  • Gewährleistung der Zielerreichung durch fundierte Entscheidungsfindung, Priorisierung, Risikomanagement und Eskalationsstrategien
  • Koordination und Abstimmung zwischen den unterschiedlichen Arbeitsströmen sowie zielgruppengerechte Kommunikation zwischen Geschäftsbereichen, Prozessorganisation und IT
  • Analyse und Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen
  • Aufbau einer hybriden Projektorganisation
  • Enger Austausch mit Stakeholdern, externen Dienstleistern und Beratungsunternehmen zur reibungslosen Integration
  • Effektives Change-Management zur Steigerung der Akzeptanz
