Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Senior Developer to join our team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge AI-driven applications and tools for the retail and fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sectors.

  • Design and implement innovative AI-driven solutions, integrating the latest advancements in AI, data engineering, and software development.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop tailored solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Ensure the developed applications exhibit high performance, reliability, and scalability.
  • Participate in all phases of the development lifecycle, from conception to deployment and maintenance.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their requirements and deliver customized solutions.
Requirements
  • Completed studies in Computer Science, Software Development, or a related field.
  • Excellent written and spoken proficiency in German and English.
  • Initial experience in developing and deploying Python applications on production environments.
  • Knowledge of generative AI application development with OpenAI and other models, including model evaluation and in-depth understanding of prompt design and optimization for AI models.
  • Experience with various database systems, including SQL and NoSQL, as well as at least one public cloud platform, such as Azure, Google Cloud Platform, or AWS.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
  • Passion for new technologies and a continuous learning attitude.
