About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a strategic sales plan, identifying and targeting potential customers, and building strong relationships with key decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to drive business growth
  • Identify and target potential customers, including leading brands in various industries
  • Build engaging relationships with key decision-makers, understand their business needs, and deliver customized solutions
  • Collaborate with various teams to generate leads, build networks, and create effective marketing materials
  • Regularly report on sales activities, pipeline, and sales forecasts, and derive measures to increase success
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, preferably in e-commerce, finance, logistics, or business management
  • At least two years of professional experience in e-commerce, B2B sales, business development, and/or marketing
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the international market, especially the Asian market
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics, including customer preferences and cultural nuances
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships with various stakeholders
