We are seeking a dedicated Team Leader HR Payroll to join our team at Sky Deutschland GmbH. As part of our Payroll department, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth functioning of payroll processes and leading our HR Payroll team.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and supervise the HR Payroll team with respect and trust, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Implement innovative solutions and changes in tax, social security, and labor law to optimize payroll processes.
- Act as a liaison with external bodies and provide expert advice on tax and social security matters, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Prepare accurate and timely payroll accounting for employees and freelancers using SAP, ensuring data integrity and security.
- Support the Finance department with financial statements, providing valuable insights and analysis.
- Manage HR projects to improve payroll processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions.
- Degree in a related field or completed commercial apprenticeship, demonstrating a strong foundation in payroll accounting and management.
- Several years of experience in payroll accounting with SAP, with a proven track record of success and expertise.
- Expert knowledge of tax and social security law, with the ability to interpret and apply complex regulations.
- Proficiency in SAP HCM Payroll module and MS Office, with the ability to leverage technology to drive efficiency and productivity.
- Experience in team management, with a focus on leadership, communication, and collaboration.
- Strong communication skills in German and English, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders and team members.
