Key Account Sales Professional

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Sales Professional to join our Global Account Sales Team for Applied Materials Europe. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships and driving sales growth in the semiconductor industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent the company to customers and communicate customer needs to internal stakeholders.
- Develop and implement complex sales strategies to meet customer needs.
- Present Applied Materials' product and service offerings to customers and coordinate demonstrations with product business group representatives.
- Communicate customer technology needs to product business group representatives and present Applied Materials' product roadmaps and capabilities.
- Prepare pricing quotes, negotiate prices, and submit documentation to book orders.
- Follow up on accounts receivables and escalations.
- Maintain coverage and documentation for assigned customers, including summaries of customer visits and customer-specific action plans.
- Update forecasts proactively and utilize company digital tools, including Salesforce, SAP, and Overdrive.
- Coach, mentor, and support junior team members to achieve personal and sales success.
- Maintain the highest level of personal and professional development through AMAT pathways and third-party development and training resources.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Significant experience in the semiconductor industry.
- Technical sales expertise with in-depth knowledge of own discipline and broad knowledge of other disciplines within the function.
- Ability to communicate complex concepts and negotiate with others to adapt a different point of view.
- Capability to become a product specialist for at least one AMAT product.
- Knowledge of business and regulatory issues and ability to recommend product, process, or service improvements.
- Experience leading projects with notable risk and complexity, developing strategies for project execution.
- Problem-solving techniques to find solutions for unique and complex problems with broad impact on the business.
- Persuasive communication skills to communicate complex ideas, anticipate potential objections, and persuade others at senior levels.
- Proven capability to work with cross-functional and multi-national teams in a positive and goal-oriented way.
- Strong networking capabilities and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing equipment and/or process know-how.
- Willingness to travel internationally up to 50%.
