Project Manager

Join Digital Trans4ormation s.r.o. as a skilled Project Manager to lead the hardware refresh of end devices from conception to final tasks. This role requires a high willingness to travel to client premises.

Service Packages
  • Conception
    • Develop a monthly pre-planning of rollouts 12 months in advance, including device replacements in facilities.
    • Provide the contractor with a plan for device replacements 12 months in advance.
    • Allow the contractor to independently plan the distribution of refreshes throughout the year.
    • Allocate basic dates for renewal, with a margin of 2 weeks.
    • Arrange refresh dates with facilities.
    • Document and agree upon dates and quantities in a kick-off meeting.
    • Finalize the conception phase with approval of individual rollout concepts and kick-off.
  • Planning
    • Create a detailed plan for individual rollouts using the project database.
    • Develop a detailed execution plan, considering customer requirements.
    • Submit a facility hardware renewal concept to logistics at least 21 working days before the rollout date.
  • Execution
    • Coordinate the rollout on-site according to prior planning and ensure it proceeds as scheduled.
    • Carry out the hardware exchange with a logistics service provider.
  • Final Work
    • Store documents in ITSPS, logging the current device status.
    • Complete the project with a signed handover protocol.

    Qualification Requirements
  1. Proficiency in relevant tools (MS Office: Word, PowerPoint, Visio / Adobe Acrobat, Excel, Project): Excel, Access, Project, Visio (self-declaration)
  2. Certification in project management ICB (IPMA) Level D (or equivalent, e.g., PMBOK (PMI) CAPM, PRINCE2 Practitioner): PRINCE2 (self-declaration)
  3. Certification in IT Service Management ITIL v3 Foundation: ITIL V3 Foundation (certificate)
Experience Requirements
  1. Planning / conceptualization and consulting services regarding desktop services (including software provisioning and inventory) (at least 5 years)
  2. Planning / conceptualization and consulting services regarding LAN/WAN/telecommunications infrastructure (at least 5 years)
  3. Planning / conceptualization and consulting services regarding IT Service Management (including service design and agreement of SLAs) (at least 3 years)
  4. Planning / conceptualization and consulting services regarding performance processes/core and support processes/internal processes of an IT company (at least 5 years)
