Werde Teil unseres Headquarter-Teams in Berlin und bewirb dich als People & Culture Coordinator (STARS)

Dein zukünftiges Team besteht aus sieben Personen und betreut zentral unsere Hotelbetriebe in ganz Deutschland. Mit uns bist du persönlicher Ansprechpartner für alle unsere triSTARS (so nennen wir unsere Mitarbeitenden) und arbeitest mit moderner digitaler Ausstattung sehr nachhaltig. Deine Arbeitszeit lässt sich flexibel gestalten.

Diese Aufgaben übernimmst du gerne:

  • Du gestaltest Stellenanzeigen und unterstützt im Recruiting.
  • Die Betreuung des Talent Pools.
  • Du nutzt gern Social Media und findest neue Recruiting Kanäle.
  • Die Eingabe, Aktualisierung und Prüfung von Mitarbeiterstammdaten mit Hilfe unserer Personalsoftware.
  • Allgemeine administrative Unterstützung und Erledigung von Korrespondenz.
  • Unterstützung bei der internen Kommunikation mit allen Mitarbeitenden.
  • Pflege unserer Homepage sowie diverser Social Media Portale.

Das bringst du mit:

  • Herzlichkeit, Kreativität und Offenheit.
  • Erste Kenntnisse im Personal- oder Recruitingbereich, wünschenswert in der Hotellerie/Touristik.
  • Souveränität und gute Umgangsformen.
  • Hohes Maß an Diskretion.
  • Gutes Kommunikations- und Organisationsgeschick sowie Einfühlungsvermögen.
  • Sehr gute EDV-Kenntnisse und die Fähigkeit, neue Medien und Software schnell zu erfassen.
